Another interpretation entails that Schedule IV states that merely the component of 0.5% of the total claim is limited to 30,00,000 i.e. the ceiling and the calculation of fee of the sole arbitrator shall be the base amount plus upper ceiling on 0.5% of total claim amount plus additional 25%.
