The early shifts start at 5:30 am, with more crew members joining the shift throughout the morning. Are you more of a night owl? We also have Late Night shifts that can start at anytime of the evening, even 10 PM! The Late Night shift ends around 2 AM Sunday through Thursday and 3 AM Friday and Saturday.

What are the main problems of working at Wendy’s?
The main problems of working at Wendy’s are lack of punctuality for employees and a lot of favoritism and nepotism towards employees of the same race. Another obstacle of this job is the language barrier my Spanish is rusty at best, but they know little to no English, so it’s hard to get essential conversations across to them.
