The answer is yes, and most of the time an adjustable base can fit inside the bed frame on its own legs. Simply remove the slats inside of your bed frame and put the adjustable base inside.

The legs of our power bases can be adjusted to several custom heights without extra tools or accessories required. Simply add or remove segments to achieve your desired height.
Can I adjust the height of my Tempur Pedic bed?
The leg attachments for our power bases come in 3 inch increments that you can screw together to add height. The Ease and Ergo power bases can have up to 12 inches in leg height and the Ergo Extend can have up to 9 inches in leg height. The power bases can be used with and without legs attached.
