“Doctor, I feel tired all the time.” This is not an uncommon phrase in the field of medicine as most patients always complain of feeling tired. What you eat influences your levels of tiredness. Go for a balanced diet containing all vitamins and minerals. Vegetables, fruits and whole meal should be eaten in adequate quantity. Do not go for sugar and caffeine as this would upset the body system, resulting in tiredness.
- Bad Eating Pattern
Some persons have developed the habit of eating at irregular intervals, this is unhealthy. Meals should be eaten regularly and at preset intervals. You do not wake up at 2am in the morning and eat heavy then return to bed. This is not healthy for the body and leads to tiredness.
- Lack of Exercise
There is no doubting the fact that there are lots of benefits associated with daily exercise. On the flip side, lack of exercise leads to tiredness. When you exercise, you invigorate your body, leading to excellent blood circulation. This is like warming the car in snow, it keeps it alive. But if left not warmed, the fluids freeze, making it difficult to start.
